This is a required building approval following a Development Approval (DA), which is often issued by Council for purposed development. Once Council issues a Notice of Determination, we can assess their conditions, stamped plans and approved documentations needed to and assist you in providing the construction certificate for your development.
An Occupation Certificate (OC) is required once construction has concluded, to occupy and use the premises as per the building approval.
