CDC Form

A Complying Development Certificate (CDC) is necessary for proposed residential, commercial and industrial developments. Refer to the CDC document checklist for a comprehensive list of the documentation that may be required.

DA Process

The Development Application (DA) is what you submit it to council for permission to carry out a new development. This needs to be approved first, before you commence to the next stage in the process (CC).

CC Form

Before you start any building or construction work approved under DA, you’ll need to apply for a Construction Certificate (CC). To be eligible for a CC, you must hold an approved development consent issued by your local council.

OC Form

Last but not least is the Occupation Certificate (OC). An OC is needed if you want to occupy or use a new building or change the use of an existing building.
